Do You Need A Transformation? Try Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT is practiced by tapping points on the body in order to unblock the body's meridians. Gary Craig founded EFT which utilizes the same meridian points that practitioners of Oriental medicine and acupuncturists have used for two millennia. There are differences in EFT as compared to Eastern medicine. EFT uses fingertips to tap the pathways of the body rather than using needles. There are hundreds, if not thousands of pathways, yet EFT only uses nine.

Realigning energy using meridian points is how EFT works. Much like the wiring in a house our bodies are wired with electrical pathways. The body's energetic system can be damaged when we experience trauma because we shove our thoughts about the crisis into our system. Think of it as rodents who infest a home and eat the wiring - they stop the flow of electricity.
With EFT we do not have to remember all the traumatic events. It's helpful to go back and clear those events; but we do not have to remember all the painful events in order to release the limiting beliefs and negative charges associated with them.
In order to be successful there are things you must do. Meditation, prayer, and affirmations are non-negotiable techniques which you must practice. Another non-negotiable part of your success includes journal writing and daily visualization. The Emotional Freedom Technique is also necessary to success.
EFT only takes three minutes a day, and after a month you'll feel like a new person. You will be a different person once you begin EFT because it is such a simplistic technique and it is effective. You may be astonished by the positive results you see.
By using EFT people eliminate negative emotions from their lives. The negative beliefs are also gone after EFT because they are no longer needed.
You can coach yourself to learn how to tap more effectively on your own. The first step is to know that you cannot get EFT wrong. As you keep doing it you gain more confidence, you will start to experiment with ways to make the process work better for you. You just have to do the process for it for work. The only way to get it wrong is to not do it.
The next step requires specificity. Once an issue is chosen, be extremely specific with that issue. You may experience a bit of relief but don't let that persuade you to work on a different issue. Stay with your original idea. When exploring an issue, remember the experiences that went along with it. Reflect on the issue by probing your mind and asking yourself how this issue is similar to something else in you life. Continue reflecting and going deeper, asking yourself what the issue reminds you of. Classify the memories you experience and how they feel based on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the worst. Apply the EFT technique until you reach zero, which is neutral. When you are no longer interested and when you no longer feel emotions tied to that issue you will know you've reached zero. You have neutralized an issue once you've reached this point.
Sometimes you have to go back and tap on the same experience, but it's often not the same aspect. It may seem like the same issue, but it's really not.
Once you are good at EFT you can zip through your limiting beliefs in three minutes a day. In a couple of months you can transform yourself.
