Run an anti-virus scan.
Secondly run a good anti-virus scan. This will work better in safe mode too. At this time leave the computer running only the scan. It will use less resources and get rid of all viruses. Once the scan is finished use the given button to quarantine all files.
Browser Hijack.
When your browser gets hijacked run a Trojan or hijack remover. A good example of one is the smitfraudfix. When its finished running take out everything it found. Its good to reset your browser settings. And don't forget to uninstall unwanted toolbars and pop up blockers. Too many at one time will cancel each other out.
